Liebe Studierende, 

die Anschaffung von Lehrbüchern und sonstigen Lernmitteln für Ihr Studium ist teuer. 

Hier hilft Ihnen das Oskar-Karl-Forster-Stipendium.

Was wird gefördert?

Je nach Anforderungen eines Studienganges werden z. B. Bücher, Software oder Computer gefördert. Die Notwendigkeit muss durch eine zuständige Lehrperson bestätigt werden. Für Promovierende werden darüber hinaus Druckkosten für Dissertationen gefördert.

Voraussetzungen:

• Studium mind. im 2. Semester Bachelor, Master oder Promotion
• Bedürftigkeit
  • bei Studierenden: bei Erhalt von BAföG oder wenn das laufende Nettoeinkommen der Unterhaltsverpflichteten (z. B. Eltern) monatlich nicht über dem doppelten Freibetrag nach § 25 Abs. 1 BAföG liegt.
  • bei Promovierenden: Bedürftigkeit wird angenommen, wenn die laufenden Einkünfte nicht über 1.800 Euro liegen.
• Sie können sich einmal im Laufe Ihres Studiums (Bachelor- und Masterstudium oder Promotion) bewerben.

Zur Bewerbung in 2025:

• Antrag ausfüllen (ausschließlich digital!)
• Antrag mit Nachweisen bis spätestens 11.07.2025 einreichen – per Mail (slc@oth-regensburg.de).

• Im August 2025 erhalten Sie Ihren Bescheid mit der Mitteilung über die Höhe der Beihilfe (mind. 100 und max. 500 €).
• Nach dem Erhalt des Zusagebescheides erwerben Sie bitte alle Lernmittel, die im Antrag vermerkt waren
• Alle Originalquittungen reichen Sie bis zum 29.08.2025 beim SLC ein
• Die Auszahlung des Stipendiums erfolgt nach Einreichung der Originalquittungen, also frühestens im September/Oktober 2025.

This is where the Oskar Karl Forster Scholarship can help you.

What is subsidised?

Depending on the requirements of your degree programme, books, software or computers, for example, can be funded. The necessity must be confirmed by a responsible lecturer. For doctoral students, printing costs for dissertations are also subsidised.

Prerequisites:

• Study programme at least in the 2nd semester Bachelor, Master or doctorate
• Required financial statements
  • for students: in receipt of BAföG or if the current net income of the dependants (e.g. parents) does not exceed twice the monthly allowance according to § 25 para. 1 BAföG.
  • for doctoral students: Neediness is assumed if the current income does not exceed 1,800 euros.
• You can apply once during the course of your studies (Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programme or doctorate)

To apply in 2025:

• Complete the application (digital only!)
• Submit your application with the required documents by 11 July 2025 at the latest – by email (slc@oth-regensburg.de).
• In August 2025, you will receive a notification of the granted amount (min. €100 and max. €500).
• After receiving the notification of approval, please purchase all learning materials that were noted in the application
• Submit all original receipts to the SLC by 29 August 2025
• the scholarship will be paid after submitting the original receipts, i.e. in September/October 2025 at the earliest.
